Spencer was born and raised in the Fraser Valley, giving him a deep understanding of the region’s landscape and communities. He completed the Geomatics program at BCIT in 2005 and went on to article under Stan Nickel, BCLS, earning his British Columbia Land Surveyor commission in 2012.

In 2013, Spencer founded Hagen Land Surveying Ltd and has since built a respected reputation, contributing to numerous large-scale projects throughout the Lower Mainland. With over 25 years of industry experience, he continues to bring expertise and local insight to every project.
